Put asside momentarily what it is that your organization visions as its' ideal status.
What is the ideal from your customer's stance.  Forget about walking a mile in the customer's shoes and think about running a thousand miles in their cement filled shoes... the shoes built by your's and other companies, even themselves. (Attn: New Balance; think forward)
  1. What would be the client ideal?  ASK!  Ask again and again in multiple ways.  Dig deep.
  2. What goes deeper?  This becomes Next Ergonomic Ideology forging bright futures.
  3. Contemplating wave front flow and trend evolution logic, get in-sync with progress.  What is it?
  4. Avoid selfish pursuits where your operation is the only winner.  The good of all clearly exists in option strategics.  What is real missionary success?  Who benefits?  Why?

Ultimate Global Ideal Status: Bulling Made Illegal Universally by Public Decree


In the 22nd Century it is probable and likely that BULLYING will be made illegal in the USA and Global.
In the 21st Century it is SEVERELY problematic that BULLYING is still legal at every level, status
and structure.
From thousands of years, Before Christ BC through to this current date in 2016 After Earthly Death of Christ AD, law breaking bullies have been violating simple ethical practices that have been stifling humanitarian progress in every way imaginable.

What bullying does is keep people in chains. Bullies put themselves in chains.
Societies that allow bullying continue to keep themselves in chains.  WE ARE CHAINED!  Bullying is causing poverty, famine, blight, torture and war, and it is evil.  And it is causing foul business practice and flow that causes profit losses and waste both internal and external that seriously impact organizational strength, growth, prowess and progress. It is happening in and around your organization. You tell me when is a goo time to start tackling this enormous issue.

It is my ergonomic opinion that it is the reponsibility of every person on the planet to forward legislation through their governments, starting local and then going national, "Anti-Bully Rules, Laws & Regulations".
Get on board and be the future. It will happen sooner or later anyway. Stop the war. Stop the poverty. STOP BULLYING!
Don't forget, you and I—WE ARE GOVERNMENT! It Is Up To US!

Now, when we STOP doing something we also must START doing something else. (This makes progress stick)
Think about "what is the precise opposite of bulling in every activity, aspect and notion"? Is it true team work? JUST DO IT!
BUILD Wealth.
BUILD Prosperity.
BUILD Justice for ALL.
